Gosh, I hope I haven’t offended anyone.. I had hoped to hear from at least two of you who signed up.  Send me a Groupwise email if there’s a problem.

My problem is I have been sick.. VERY sick for two months now.. apparently the “whooping cough” that they used to immunize against as children.  Now there’s a mutated adult form which is devastasting, believe me.  My dr. finally found the secret to stopping the coughing, but I’m still pretty weak.  and exhausted.

Anyone else sick?

sorry to hear you have been so sick. I will keep you in my prayers.
I always seem to have a hard time logging in to this sight and then finding your blog.
It looks I finally did it! Yippee! lol
Anyway today is one of those days you wish you could go back to bed for about 3 hours and then try getting up on the “right” side so that your day will go much more smoothly.
I had Seth here helping me try and add more memory to our old 330’s. Sheesh do we ever need more computers. Did you know that we are even still now obsoleting upgraded 286’s? Talk about a dinosaur!
Anyway….gotta run. I had a server melt down today and teachers have a hard time rebooting computers.
Just remember, “the computer isn’t really broken until you have restarted it at least 8 times.”

I tried to leave a comment yesterday and I don’t think it worked. Blogging is new to me. I either get lost in the sight or can’t find my response. Sheesh!
I have 3 rounds of kinder passing through the computer lab today! Before it is all over I’m gonna wanna scream! And yes I do know that is poor grammar. Just wait until you see how poor my spelling is.

“the computer isn’t really broken until you have restarted it at least 8 times.”

But isn’t the definition of insanity
“doing the same thing over and over, expecting to get a different result”????

This line of thinking and comment had me rolling in laughter. That may be the definition of insanity but when working with machines that at times seem to have a mind of their own or at the very least Gremlins, restarting is the answer…eventually. Have a great day and my next comments will be the adventures in “print servers.”

Deb.. you have just revealed your age bracket!.. I don’t believe the under 40’s know what a Gremlin is! (circa WWII)
